As part of a spectroscopic survey of Near-Earth Objects with probable diameters < 300m, 2008 TC3 was observed < 5 hours before impact. Such small objects form a bridge between the well observed larger NEOs and fireballs and their resulting meteorites recovered on Earth. In this programme we have obtained spectra of a total of 34 objects. I will present the results from this survey together with data from other investigators. This will allow us to place 2008 TC3 in context of other small NEOs, and search for any differences between this population and larger objects.
